Spring Quinoa Salad

Well hello (almost) 2021… we are so happy to see you! Really. So happy.

Normally we’d be rolling out Sugar Free January a super-flexible approach to cutting out refined sugar in whatever way makes sense to you but 2020 has been… well anything but normal. It’s been hard and heartbreaking and tested us in ways we weren’t prepared for. But it’s also given us new perspective and a greater understanding of who we are and what we’re capable of apart and together.

So with that in mind it felt right to start this January with something different. Something that would not only feel good for our bodies but also feel good for the planet. Because what else has this past year been but a super intense class that I absolutely did not sign up for about what it means to take care of ourselves and each other?
