Joshua Carlucci is a writer from Los Angeles California. A chef by trade he has made his mark in James Beard-nominated and Michelin-starred kitchens across the U.S. He holds degrees from the University of California Berkeley and the Institute of Culinary Education. Joshua is an MFA candidate in creative writing at the University of Memphis where he is also the director of development for the literary magazine The Pinch. His work explores the tentacles of food and people in all facets of unfettered life. He divides his days between Memphis and New York City.
