Kale Chimichurri! Lots of kale and green herbs olive oil and lime juice whatever nuts/seeds you have on hand and a pinch of garlic and red pepper flakes. THE BEST.

So good!! We've dipped roasted potatoes in it and used it as a meal prep sauce over potatoes and pork. Will definitely be a repeat recipe.

Yes. It's a strange one but not because the combination of fresh vegetables + olive oil + red pepper flakes is never wrong.
