Katie Workman is a chef recipe developer and television personality. She writes the blog The Mom 100 which won the 2013 BlogHer Voices of the Year award and the accompanying cookbook The Mom 100 which was nominated for an award by the International Association of Culinary Professionals and selected by Cooking Light as one of the best 100 books of the past 25 years. She is also the author of the cookbook Dinner Solved and has written for the Associated Press Better Homes & Gardens Food52 The Kitchn The Wall Street Journal and others. Katie has appeared on NPR's All Things Considered the Today show and Access Hollywood Live. She was the founder and editor-in-chief of Cookstr.com and the managing editor of Clarkson Potter. Katie serves on the board of City Harvest New York's leading food rescue nonprofit and is an active supporter of Share Our Strength a hunger relief organization working to end childhood hunger. She also develops content and recipes for brands such as Cost Plus World Market Prepara Campbell's and Bob's Red Mill.
