I’ve always been a fan of tempeh – it has a wonderful nutty flavor and chewy texture – so I’m glad to see it becoming more and more popular! These veggie bowls are so easy to make! The most time consuming part is cooking the tempeh (which is still pretty easy.) I steam it for 10 minutes before soaking it in a simple marinade and cooking it on a grill or griddle. If you don’t have a griddle to cook this works just as well!
