This kimchi pancake recipe is a delightfully savory and delicious dish. Michele and I recently discovered these incredibly tasty—and visually arresting—pancakes at a local bar. I loved their flavor and texture but what really caught my attention were the dancing bonito flakes on top. Feel free to throw in leftover meat and veggies with the kimchi. These pancakes are delicious drizzled with spicy mayonnaise and served with eggs or grilled meat.
