This kimchi pancake recipe is a delightfully savory and delicious dish. Michele and I recently discovered these incredibly tasty—and visually arresting—pancakes at a local bar. I loved their flavor and texture but what really caught my attention were the dancing bonito flakes on top. Feel free to throw in leftover meat and veggies with the kimchi.
