A super tasty stuffed green pepper soup that is easy to make. The smell while cooking is amazing and the taste is to die for! Make sure you add the chopped peppers at the end so they don't get too mushy. I love stuffed green peppers and when the flavours are condensed into an easy to make soup it is a family favourite. It is delicious with grated medium cheddar cheese and a portion of garlic bread!
