Labneh Lebanese Cream Cheese (Yogurt Cheese)
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Line a large colander with cheesecloth. Stir salt into the yogurt and pour the yogurt into the cheesecloth. Place the colander in the sink or bowl to catch the liquid that drains. Let it drain for 24 hours.
After 24 hours of draining put the cheese in a bowl. Stir in the olive oil. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
