Learn how to record your computer screen step by step:
First of all, to be able to use the best screen recorder, you need the FREE VEED Screen Recorder Chrome Extension.
Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for VEED. To add it to your browser, simply click “Add to Chrome” and click “Add Extension”. It will also appear asking you to allow the extension to use your webcam and microphone, make sure to tap Allow.
Veed screen recorder gives you three recording options. The first is webcam only, the second is webcam and screen recording, which is useful if you want to talk while recording the screen, and the third option, which we are going to use today, is l screen recorder only.
You will then have the option to choose which part of the screen you can choose to record. You have the choice between Full Screen, Window or Chrome tabs.
Veed will then give you a countdown to start recording.
On the left of the screen you will see some options. On top is a Pen tool that lets you write on the screen. You can circle important words and after a few seconds the pen marks will disappear automatically.
Below the Pen button is the Sticky Note tool. If you want to add notes for people to remember, this is a great feature. You can write on notes and move them anywhere on the screen. You can add as many sticky notes as you want, and if you've added one too many or just want to remove them, click the X button in the corner.
The third button is a nice little extra that VEED added, and it's the magic button, which throws confetti on the screen!
Once you're done recording your computer screen, you can either share the link immediately with others, edit the video in Veed's online editing software, or hit the download button MP4 and the video will be saved directly to your computer. computer.
