Simple Lebanese lamb kibbee. It is a traditional basic recipe. Kibbee is to Middle Eastern cuisine what a meatball is to Italian cuisine. If you can't make it stay out of the kitchen. By the way I am not Lebanese but I worked for 2 decades in a restaurant that served this kind of food. I am actually Ukrainian.
