These are baby fennel beans (Greek gigante beans) sliced lemon a honeyed white wine sauce from the pan all finished with a dusting of chopped dill. If any of you are in a side dish rut I am going to lobby you to try this. It is quick it is good and as a basic idea it is flexible.
