Remember that we cannot reduce fat in a localized manner, meaning we cannot choose which areas of our body we lose fat from. However, to achieve fat loss results, I recommend the following
1. Being in a calorie deficit
2. Cardio/HIIT training (I often call these fat loss/burning workouts on my channel)
3. Specific workouts targeted at the muscles. Strengthen and develop specific muscles.
The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy, unrestricted lifestyle changes. I don't believe in fad diets. Just eat nutritious food, move your body, smile and enjoy the journey! I love Lily
