macOS RTX games too complicated with TrueNAS Scale and Windows 11 VM

I finally got everything sorted out to create an overly complicated gaming and video editing setup with TrueNAS Scale using a Windows 11 virtual machine with RTX Passthrough.
It took a while to figure it all out, but now that it's done, it's a beautiful, seamless setup that's accessible anywhere in the world through TailScale.
