Margarita Gokun Silver is a writer and freelance journalist. She is the author of the 2021 award-winning essay collection I Named My Dog Pushkin and was the 2023 writer-in-residence at Gladstone Library in the UK. She holds a Creative Writing MSt from the University of Oxford.
