This is a variation of the Tater Tot® hot dish. This is an easy recipe to customize. You can use any type of ground beef or a mix of beef and pork. I often use smoked Gouda Havarti and I bet Swiss would be good too. The vegetables can easily be substituted with any vegetable you like (green beans broccoli or mixed greens). I would use fresh or frozen instead of canned if possible.
