This marinade is quick and delicious and can be made in the morning and forgotten all day. It works well with pork or beef and can easily be doubled tripled or more. Add flair by cutting thin strips of orange peel and sprinkling them on top just before serving.

2 chicken breasts with bone and skin
In a medium bowl combine orange juice soy sauce and garlic. Add chicken to bowl and coat well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
