Fall makes me emotional and introspective. I once cried for an hour after a nice ride when the leaves started to change color. We were listening to Greg Laswell. I got all grateful and started crying. I hope it becomes an annual thing. Sometimes you just need a good cry.
Lately I've been eating a lot of plants and less sugar. And I've been walking and running a lot. And books! I've been finishing a lot of books lately that aren't typical for me this is my favorite.
