For Costco fans wrapping up a treasure hunt in the supermarket there’s no sight more inviting than the food court at the end of the checkout line. With classic offerings like hot dog pizza and the mysterious Hot Pocket-esque bread known as the chicken bake there’s really no bad choice when it comes to picking a post-shopping victory snack. So for those times when you can’t decide skip the one of each and make yourself a Jochizza—the three-in-one menu trick that’s not for the faint of heart. Making a Jochizza is no easy feat but like everything worth doing in life it takes effort. After bringing your supplies to your table slice the chicken bake open lengthwise so it can serve as a bun for the hot dog sausage. You can throw out the actual hot dog bun but you might want to save it for a snack in case you’re still looking for it. Finally peel the cheese off the pizza and drape it over or roll it around the hot dog. Don't forget to take a moment to admire your creation before you eat it!

Try the VIRAL Costco Food Court TikTok Hack "JOCHIZZA"! Hotdog Chicken Bake AND Pizza COMBINED!

The Jochizza loves the turducken before it becomes a controversial meal and many will decry its existence. What the haters fail to understand however is that food is all about creativity. That goes for the chef and the consumer. Whether it’s from Starbucks In n’ Out or Costco the idea of a secret menu appeals to a certain type of customer because it allows them to be a little more involved in the process. The Jochizza is far from Costco’s only secret menu hack. In fact it’s a mash-up of two other popular combinations: a hot dog (without the chicken) wrapped in pizza cheese and a hot dog with a chicken sandwich known as a “Forbidden Glizzy.”

As for the flavor if you’ve ever wanted to try Cheesy Blasters from “30 Rock” or tacos from the “Saturday Night Live” “Taco Town” skit the Jochizza might be for you. And like any great portable snack you can further customize it with ketchup mustard and relish. Sure you could call the Jochizza a Frankenstein monster made out of baseball food but that doesn’t mean it can’t offer culinary value. Forget plain old pizza and those old chicken casseroles. Grab life by the horns make your own Jochizza and don’t mind the looks from other Costco shoppers — they’re just jealous.
