INSIDE PARIS' NEWEST 3 Michelin star restaurant (€455 menu) – Le Gabriel
Every foodie dreams of dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant hoping to indulge in the highly sought-after tasting menus that are renowned for their opulence; a hallmark of luxury establishments and particularly those with Michelin stars. These menus typically consist of a series of carefully composed dishes often small portions designed to showcase the creativity and skill of the chef using the finest ingredients available.
But dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant can come at a steep price. Three years ago our team began collecting and analyzing prices at all two- and three-star restaurants. This time we went a step further and included restaurants with one Michelin star.
All in all we studied the menus of 3517 Michelin-starred restaurants (one with two and one with three stars) in all the countries and territories covered by the guide (41 in total). We were particularly interested in their tasting menus and where more than one tasting menu was offered we selected the most expensive one.
