Michelle and her husband Josh have two sons. Michelle’s hidden talent in the kitchen is making dinners from “scratch” (especially on busy nights) such as sautéing chopped veggies and a little cheese from the fridge and serving it with rice or pasta and adding a pot of something tasty from her overflowing pantry. Michelle loves to cook and passes her enthusiasm on to the boys by involving them in the process—from making a grocery list to chopping cooking on the stove and washing the dishes. The family stays active outdoors by hiking and snowboarding and helps organize a charity mountain bike ride and trail run that raised tens of thousands of dollars to fund research into a friend’s medical condition.
