Pomegranate Lemonade | Lemonade Recipe
This is one of my favorite cocktails to make at home. I make a quick simple syrup and infuse it with a handful of fresh mint…. combine it with vodka pomegranate juice prosecco and finish with a squeeze of lemon. It’s not too sweet and it’s a little tart – just the way I like my cocktails. Of course you can play around with the ratios and make it as sweet as you like… and if you don’t like sour drinks like me swap the lemon for a squeeze of orange.
