Jamaican Curry Chicken Video Recipe
Have you ever met someone who doesn’t believe in favorites? The one who would rather quantify every like or interest rather than use the label “favorite”? Well I can tell you for sure that the staff at Serious Eats are the opposite type of people. We speak our minds with our chests—if we love something we love it and we make sure you know it. So our end-of-year recaps are always a fun time in the office where we can all wax poetic about our favorite versions of all the things that make up this fun little food site: recipes images gear and more. This week we started with the team’s seven favorite recipes (we should note here that every recipe we’ve published is our favorite because it’s a Serious Eats recipe but these seven stuck in our brains and our kitchens a little longer this year) which you can read more about below. The entire team made it through December with all fingers intact which is surprising considering most of the kitchenware we bought for ourselves were tools for slicing and grating.
