This recipe for Mississippi short ribs is a version of a Mississippi pot roast. To clarify the internet recently went crazy over a delicious Mississippi pot roast that involves slow-cooking beef with butter pepperoncini and packets of gravy powder and ranch dressing. Assuming the MSG from the latter two ingredients was all the rage I decided to recreate the flavors with herbs I made myself and boneless short ribs. It turned out great especially when served with mashed potatoes and a garnish of parsley.
