Moldboard plowing rye! Keeping it old school!

Today we are plowing our rye cover crop to prepare for this year's corn crop. Green manure, as we like to call it. In addition to improving our organic matter and soil fertility, we also aerate the soil with cover crops. Let us know if you have tried cover crops and do you plow, harvest or spray them?
