A flavoursome chicken stew with aromatic herbs and tasty vegetables served on whole wheat couscous. This recipe was actually a real winner of a chicken competition! Vegetables and even meat can vary to taste but I find that pumpkin carrots peppers and lamb work well in this recipe. Although the spices seem strange the flavours are subtle but fragrant! A real favourite at home.
