The video will show how to export all events from Apple iCloud Calendar to Google Calendar.

Download a calendar from iCloud.com
– Go to iCloud.com, sign in with your Apple ID and open Calendar.
– Share the calendar publicly.
– Copy the shared calendar URL and paste it into the address field of your browser. Do not press Enter or Return.
– Replace /"webcal/" with /"http/" and press Enter or Return. An ICS file will be downloaded to your default download location.
– Add the calendar to a calendar client, such as Calendar on Mac or Outlook on a Windows computer.
– Stop sharing the calendar.

To learn more about exporting data from iCloud, see this Apple Support article: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204055.

Import the ICS file into Google Calendar
After exporting your events, you can import them into Google Calendar.

– Open Google Calendar on a computer. Note: You can only import from a computer, not a phone or tablet.
– At the top right, click Settings GEAR Settings, Settings.
– Open the Calendars tab.
– Click on Import calendar between the /"My calendars/" and /"Other calendars/" sections.
– Click Choose File and select the file you exported. The file must end with /"ics/" or /"csv/"
– Choose which calendar to add the imported events to. By default, events will be imported into your main calendar.
– Click Import.

USE GOOGLE CALENDAR APPS and sync information

Now the best way to use Google Calendar is to use a Chrome browser by going to calendar.google.com or, for iPhone/iPad users, download the Google Calendar app from the App Store (link below). But if you still want to use Mac Calendar or native Apple Calendar on iOS devices, you'll need to set up your Google account for those apps if you want to sync them.

The simplest Google method
Chrome browser: http://calendar.google.com
Google Calendar app for iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/google-calendar/id909319292?mt8
Android users must have the app installed, but if you need the Android app, here is the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?idcom.google.android.calendar&hlen

The native iOS way to stay in sync
I made 2 videos to show how to sync Apple Mail, contacts and calendar. You can watch the videos here:

Sync G Suite mail, contacts, and calendar on a Mac computer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?vTP1GPF7bTi8

Sync G Suite mail, contacts, and calendar across iOS devices: https://www.youtube.com/watch?vAyBo5X3ydcI

Please take the opportunity to connect and share this video with your friends and family if you find it useful.
