These are my high dynamic range settings for game mode. I use these settings for my PS5 and Xbox Series X for games I play in HDR.

First, on your PS5 console, in the HDR settings, you will need 15 clicks from bottom to top on the first 2 pages to reach the appropriate 1000 nits. If you click more than 15 times, the image will disappear. On the black level page, go down to the low/zero setting.

With the Xbox Series This will also produce 1,000 nits from the console, which is the industry standard for HDR gaming. Again, if you exceed 14 clicks, the image will disappear.

As for the S95B settings, I recommend not copying my 2-point white balance settings, as each TV will have different panels that require different settings.

I calibrate all of my TVs to D65 Kelvin, the industry standard. I use my Calibrite Display Plus colorimeter with DisplayCal software and the Spears & Munsil Ultra HD calibrator disk to do this.

If you're serious about color accuracy, I highly recommend purchasing a decent colorimeter that tells you how to change color settings, because it's impossible to do without one.

Keep in mind that these settings are with the ANA Peak 2 set to 1023 (to return to 1500 nits), the default PLC luminance set to 70 (makes the image more 3D like before) and the brightness of the screen saver (turns off the TV). auto dimming) set to 0 so that all are in the service menu.

I also completely copied my captured settings from the Picture_2D Settings video I made using the awesome 1310 firmware before my S95B automatically updated to 1420. Here is that video https://youtu. be/RpxZfx63mvs

Right now I'm using firmware 1420.9 with my offline TV, so it will no longer automatically update the firmware. I have no plans to update the firmware unless Samsung decides to release actually good firmware, which is unlikely.

After all these adjustments and color calibration, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best picture quality I have ever seen on a TV.

I hope I was able to help you make your S95B look the best it can. Let's make the S95B great again!
