My grandmother is what some would call picky others would affectionately call “special.” If you’ve read my other article about her you know that she eats the same thing for breakfast every day and has done so for decades. What I didn’t mention in that article is that breakfast is just one of a limited number of foods she eats. But at 99 you can be as picky as you want right?
On that short list of my grandma's favorite foods there's a single Trader Joe's item and it's (obviously) a seasonal item. So when I see it on the shelves I stock up on as much as they'll let me buy so I can keep Grandma happy long after the holidays are over.
