As per tradition, Neptune 7.9 Beta 1 ISO is now available in time for Carnival.

This is based on Debian Testing (Bookworm) with the latest Plasma 5.27 (Beta) as well as the Linux 6.1.8 kernel. For the first time, we are shipping Plasma Wayland in session as well as Flatpak with the Flathub repository enabled for a large amount of applications available for Linux.
