Anton Pochtar is the Executive Pastry Chef at the renowned Ritz-Carlton in Moscow Russia. Anton studied culinary arts in his hometown of Astana Kazakhstan and later moved to Dubai for a stint at the Grand Hyatt. The Grand Hyatt was just the beginning of a stellar culinary career that at the age of 30 has included roles at the Kempinski Hotel in Bahrain Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi Ritz-Carlton in Dubai.
