The spiedie is a New York original made in Binghamton. In this recipe beef is marinated in a mixture of oil vinegar lemon juice garlic and spices then grilled on wooden skewers and served on a thick slice of French bread. Wrap the bread around the meat remove the skewer and enjoy!
