This is the registry fix for no sound after Windows 10 update.
THIS FIX IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TRIED TO REINSTALL THE AUDIO DRIVERS

Step 1: Export ConsoleSecurity registry file from a working Windows computer or download it from the link
Step 2: Install the registry file on a non-working computer
Step 3: Restart the PC and you're good to go.
