No-Bake 5-Ingredient Energy Bars | Minimalist Bakery Recipes

The concept was simple: throw a bunch of really good tasting ingredients like chocolate chips peanut butter and dates into a food processor and watch what happens. The result? It tasted like a straight-up NO-BAKE COOKIE. Yes the no-bake cookie of your childhood (or at least my childhood).

Ever since then I’ve been craving the familiar flavors of a classic no-bake cookie but I wanted to make a healthier remix and keep it as simple as possible. So I threw a bunch of really good tasting (but slightly healthier) ingredients into a food processor and hoped for the best. The result? It tasted like a no-bake cookie AGAIN.

Even better news? Only 5 ingredients 10 minutes and 1 food processor needed. Let’s get started!
