This was my first attempt at a no bake cheesecake and it was delicious! It is very sweet while mixing and setting but as it cools it starts to settle and the pumpkin flavor comes through.

No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe
280 grams pumpkin pie filling
8 ¾ ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 cups frozen whipping cream thawed and divided
