Screenshot specific steps:
On a Mac? CommandShift4 Next describe what you want to capture. The image is saved to your desktop.
On a PC? You need an app like Snagit or Snipping Tool to capture only part of the screen.
Although you can also press WindowPrintSc to capture the entire desktop (see Images for the photo), I don't recommend it because the image resolution isn't very good.
