In this video, I will show you how to change the color of Office 365, also known as Microsoft 365. If you don't like the default colorful theme color, you can choose a different option such as Dark Gray , Black, White or System Settings. This is great for programs like Outlook because you can change the theme to a darker color to make your emails easier to read. When you change the color, it will be applied to all Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, etc.
