Cornbread pudding couldn’t be easier to make. It’s mixed together in a single bowl with a few key ingredients. I use a combination of canned creamed corn and canned corn kernels for a double dose of sweet corn flavor. The creamed corn also provides enough moisture for a tender and delicious corn pudding.
