The best Osso Buco – Amazing

Is it the joy of making that delicious sauce? A sauce so delicious that all you need to add is a piece of crusty bread and a bowl to make a meal. Or is it the almost motherly care that goes into keeping an eye on it all in the oven? Or maybe it’s taking an otherwise tough piece of meat and transforming it into something that melts in your mouth?

Whatever it is that appeals to me so much about preparing Ossobuco I know one thing for sure: the pleasure I get from eating it is by far the greatest.

All I need is a glass of cabernet a crusty baguette (to spread the wonderful marrow on) and I am instantly whisked away from the winter blues. I hope you enjoy making and eating this as much as I do.
