Peach Blueberry Greek Yogurt Cake
I found this recipe for peach blueberry pie on Epicurious and couldn't resist trying it out!
The crust is almost biscuit-like and has a rich buttery flavor. Although the original recipe calls for baking the cake for 1 3/4 hours I ended up baking mine for 2 hours with the last 15 minutes uncovered so the top could brown a bit.
The Epicurious recipe does not call for greasing the pan. I found mine stuck a little and I had to use a sharp knife to separate the cake from the pan.
