I don’t know exactly how much pork satay they eat in Penang but I’m sure the average pork-loving Malaysian will enjoy this explosive combination of flavours. Use a fairly large piece of pork because it doesn’t take long to develop that beautiful brown crispy exterior on the grill. Or in a broiler on high. Or in the oven at 500 degrees! Serve with rice with peanut sauce and cucumber salad.
