Penelope oversees EatingWell’s digital editorial vision drawing on her passion for food wellness and storytelling and more than 20 years of experience in digital content strategy and editorial. Penelope holds a BA in English and Studio Art and a minor in French from Middlebury College. She joined EatingWell in 2007 as a web writer and producer when EatingWell.com was still in its infancy. She then spent several years on EatingWell’s Content Licensing team before returning to the editorial team in 2016 as Senior Digital Editor and then in 2019 as Executive Digital Editor. Under her leadership the brand has experienced tremendous growth across its digital platform and social media channels.

She is a nature lover and tries to get outdoors as much as possible with her husband and two children. On the weekends you can find her hiking paddle boarding traveling and snowboarding.
