For those who are gluten intolerant low carb paleo or whatever it can be hard to live without pizza. This pepperoni meatza makes it a lot easier. It’s made just like regular pizza but with ground beef as the crust. It sounds weird but it’s absolutely delicious and very filling. This recipe is great to make ahead and eat as leftovers. It’s delicious warm or cold just like pizza! If you make 6 square slices each one is usually more than enough to fill you up. Feel free to add any toppings you normally eat on pizza. It will taste just as good!
