Persona 5 Royal (PC) has a framerate drop issue on Kichijoji…. (READ DESC)

I am indeed using a 3060 laptop (only 95W though) and it recognized that the game is not too power hungry, so it only uses 45-50W in gaming compared to another demanding game like Like A Dragon 7, but it's quite annoying that it happens on other PC users where the FPS drops in busy areas. The most visible drop occurs around Kichijoji, an area where most of the time is empty compared to Shinjuku/Red Light and Underground Walkway. Someone else on Reddit with a 1070 and a 2070 is having this problem on a higher setting than me. There are also drops on other populated areas at 55 FPS but it's often not as noticeable as Kichijoji, really weird. I use everything at maximum with DoF disabled and a render scale of 150%.
