I don't own an AMD GPU, so I don't know if there is a "threaded optimization" setting, but if there is, it might be worth trying to enable it, like what I did with my NVIDIA GPU.
This should also be noted. MFAA seems to have no impact on frame rate or visuals, so I would recommend turning it off and just using FXAA and 125% resolution scaling for less jagged edges.
