Pixel Watch Week One: easy to wear

The Pixel Watch was highly anticipated; and now that it's here, I'm reminded how much Google wants its products to be seen – as useful, in every sense of the word. Well, the wearable is certainly nice and light and easily injects into my Android tech life, so what sets the Pixel Watch apart from other Wear smartwatches? After a week, I'm still trying to figure this out – but I like it.
