Perfect Pork Tenderloin with Apples Recipe
Pork tenderloin is one of my favorite things to cook especially for a weekday meal. It is easy to combine with fruit (especially apples) onions or mustard loves spice mixes and even the most fancy preparations are ready quickly.
Really the only thing you have to worry about with pork tenderloin is overcooking it. Because it is so lean it can go from tender to dry if you are not careful.
This recipe was one of the first recipes I posted on the site many years ago. We have modified it a bit since then including making a pan of gravy from the juices and broth to pour over the sliced tenderloin and apples. Enjoy!
