Power profiling support was recently added to Firefox Profiler, allowing Firefox engineers and web developers to get highly accurate measurements of the power consumed while running their code.

After a brief introduction to Firefox Profiler, the presentation will explain how this power profiling feature works, where the data comes from, what the limitations of the different platforms are. Interesting things that could be measured on Firefox will be shown and surprising profiling results will be shared.
