This video is for anyone with an Iphone11 or Iphone 11Pro or ProMax who cannot connect their PS4 controller via Bluetooth. I tried so many different ways to connect it and the PS4 controller won't connect normally to the Iphone 11 running iOS 13.1.2.
It will, however, connect properly to older iPads and iPhones without issue.
Find in the video the two methods I used to connect the Controller to the Iphone11.
