The base for these cookies is a combination of almond flour oatmeal and shredded coconut which makes them extra nutritious and helps prevent a sugar crash.

Then come the cookie basics like chocolate chips for some sweetness baking powder for rising and optional sea salt to enhance all the flavors. And for that typical fall flavor we added pumpkin pie spice!
