In this Windows 10 tutorial, I'll show you how to overlay one image on top of another in Microsoft Paint on your PC or laptop. Microsoft Paint is a free photo editing software that comes by default with Windows. You can easily make your images look fantastic by layering them on top of each other. This will work best if you use a .png file, especially if it's transparent and not all .jpg files will work.
